The "standard" shipping option for Rich's Business Directories products is UPS Ground. Pricing for standard shipping is based on the number of products ordered, regardless of whether the products are directories, CD-ROMs, diskettes, or reports.

If you ordered through the RichsData.com online catalog, the appropriate shipping amount will be added to your bill. If you entered your Federal Express number, you will be billed by FedEx for your shipping.
All other shipping options require the customer to contact our customer service department for shipping information. If you order online, your order will only be shipped after you have contacted Rich's customer service and you will be billed separately for shipping your order.
